Brochure website: Queen’s Nails
When it comes to web design, I find it very fun, as it involves a lot of creativity. Today, it’s imperative for a brand to launch a website to increase awareness through blogs and paid ads.
Queen’s Nails is a fictional brochure website I designed during my master’s degree using WordPress.
- The business idea was to create an online appointment-booking system for a nail bar.
- The target audience was females between 10 and 99 and males between 18 and 99.
- Wireframes were created before designing the website using the Balsamiq online platform.
- The website heuristic and usability principles were considered to design a functional website for the users. Thus, adhering to these rules was of utmost importance.
- Usability testing and the Loop 11 test were instrumental in ensuring that the website is appealing to the user while at the same time being easy to navigate.
